(Undated) -- The money spent surrounding the launch of Obamacare may be some of the most ever in advertising history. A report by nonpartisan analyst Kantar Media CMAG estimates 445-million dollars was spent on political TV commercials mentioning the healthcare reform law since 2010. Spending on negative ads outpaced the positive ones by more than 15-to-one. Nearly all of the spending was on local TV stations in political campaigns ranging from state treasurer to the presidency.
