(Washington, DC) -- A rogue Libyan oil tanker is now under the control of Navy SEALs. The Pentagon announced today that U.S. forces boarded the ship on Sunday after it was seized earlier this month by armed Libyan rebels. The tanker had loaded crude oil at a rebel-controlled port in eastern Libyan. The Pentagon says the move was requested by the Libyan and Cypriot governments. The commercial tanker was flying a North Korean flag.
