(Undated) -- The death of a Mississippi Tea Party leader is believed to be a suicide. "The Clarion-Ledger" reports lawyer Mark Mayfield of Ridgeland was facing charges for allegedly conspiring to take photos of Senator Thad Cochran's ill wife at a nursing home to smear him before this week's election. Cochran won reelection. Mayfield was found dead of a gunshot wound to his head.
