(New Brighton, MN) -- A Minnesota brewpub owner is set to break ground this spring across the border in Wisconsin on a new ten-thousand barrel brewery. John Moore tells the ASt. Paul Pioneer PressA he is being forced over the border because Minnesota law won't allow him to open a craft beer brewery to put the product on store shelves. Right now, he can sell his beer only on-site at Barley John's Brew Pub in New Brighton. Moore plans to have his brews available at retail stores by the fall.
