Midwestern Governors Ask Obama For Propane Help

(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and six other Midwestern governors are asking President Obama for help with the propane shortage. The Midwestern Governors Association has sent a letter to the White House asking Washington to look into waivers to increase the supply of propane. The Small Business Administration is also being encouraged to ease loan requirements to help address the shortage. Propane customers are paying considerably more for the fuel this winter to keep their homes and businesses heated.
