(Mexico City) -- Captured drug kingpin Joaquin "Chapo" Guzman will be staying in Mexico for the time being. The head of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel won a temporary injunction to block his extradition to the United States where he faces narcotics and arms trafficking charges. Guzman was caught in a pre-dawn raid conducted with the help of U.S. agents Saturday in the resort town of Mazatlan. Guzman was on the DEA's most wanted list. His cartel has smuggled billions of dollars of drugs into the U.S.
