(New Delhi) -- Arizona Senator John McCain's trip to India is being overshadowed by a spy scandal. There are reports the National Security Agency was authorized to spy on the Indian prime minister's party in 2010. McCain canceled a news conference scheduled for today outside India's foreign ministry after a U.S. diplomat was summoned for an explanation by India's government. Relations between the U.S. and India have been delicate ever since the December arrest of an Indian diplomat in New York.
