(Undated) -- A Marine who's been in a Mexican jail for more than two months is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday. Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi was arrested when he drove across a border checkpoint just south of San Diego in late March. The 25-year-old Marine told Mexican authorities he accidentally crossed the border because wasn't able to make a u-turn and that he had three legally-purchased guns in his pickup truck. The State Department has been pressing Mexico to release Tahmooressi and says consular officials have visited with him a dozen times since he was arrested.
