(Minneapolis, MN) -- A Minneapolis man has been sentenced to 15-years in prison for shooting an innocent bystander. Ron Powell says he was outside Champions Bar last August when another person started punching him. The 43-year-old pulled a gun and fired three times, wounding the assailant.
