(Minneapolis, MN) -- A Minneapolis man wants his roosters back. Cheng Lor is fighting the city, asking that city officials return his roosters to him. Officials seized the birds under suspicion that Lor was using them for organized cockfighting. Authorities allegedly found dead birds at Lor's home, along with bloody carpet, carriers and suitcases. The county attorney is looking into the matter to see if felony animal fighting charges are warranted.
