(Undated) -- A new list ranks the best and worst states for teen drivers. New York tops WalletHub's 2014 list while South Dakota ranks 50th overall. Editors at the financial website examined a variety of factors including the number of teen drivers in each state, impaired driving laws and the number of teen fatalities. Hawaii, Illinois, Orgeon and Rhode Island round out the top five best states for teen drivers. Wyoming, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Mississippi joined South Dakota among the worst states.
