(Washington, DC) -- A key figure in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi is pleading not guilty to terrorism charges. Ahmed Abu Khatallah entered his plea during a 15-minute arraignment hearing in U.S. district court in Washington, DC this afternoon. He arrived on American soil this morning and was transferred to civilian law enforcement custody after being held aboard a Navy warship since being caught in Libya two weeks ago. Four Americans died in the 2012 attack.
