(Undated) -- LeBron James says he has made amends with Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert. Gilbert famously torched "King James" in a scathing letter four years ago when he left Cleveland for Miami, but James tells SI.com that he has met with Gilbert face-to-face and man-to-man and they've talked it out. LeBron adds that everybody makes mistakes, including him, but he doesn't want to hold a grudge. He says he's not promising a championship because he knows how hard that is to deliver and he expects it to be a long process. James also explains that he wants to help a young Cavs team, with a new head coach, grow and reach a place they didn't know they could go.
