(Undated) -- Edward Snowden is considering a return to the U.S. A lawyer for Snowden tells the German news magazine "Der Spiegel" the former National Security Agency contractor would consider a return under certain conditions. German lawyer Wolfgang Kaleck said there are negotiations and that, quote, "an amicable agreement with the U.S. authorities will be most reasonable." Last year, Snowden released thousands of documents that exposed the NSA's phone and internet spying programs. He's currently living under temporary asylum in Russia.
