(Albuquerque, NM) -- The last of the original Navajo Code Talkers will be laid to rest today. A funeral mass for Chester Nez will be celebrated this morning in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 93-year-old Marine veteran died last week. He was the last of the 29 original Navajo Code Talkers, who communicated military information in their native language to avoid detection by the Japanese during World War Two.
