Kerry Warns Russia About Consequences Over Ukraine

(London) -- Secretary of State John Kerry warns that there "will be consequences" if Russia does not change course in Ukraine. Kerry met for several hours with his Russian counterpart in London. Kerry said Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided not to make any decision about how to proceed before Sunday's referendum. He said the U.S. will not recognize the results of Sunday's Russian-backed referendum in Crimea to annex the region to Russia. The U.S. and allies have been preparing international sanctions over the deployment of Russian troops into Crimea.
