Judge Will Determine Chris Brown's Extradition
(Los Angeles, CA) -- A Los Angeles judge is mulling over whether to have Chris Brown transfered to his Washington, DC assault trial in police custody. According to TMZ.com, Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, was in an L.A. court on Tuesday arguing against an extradition order for his DC case. Brown is currently in a Los Angeles jail until after his April 17th trial, but Geragos believes the singer should be released ahead of time so he can fly to the nation's capital on his own. Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, are each facing a single misdemeanor charge for a fight outside of a DC hotel last October.

Another hearing for Brown has been scheduled for Thursday.
