(Fayetteville, AR) -- Walmart should face a lawsuit over corruption at its operations in Mexico. A federal judge in Arkansas made that ruling yesterday, saying there's credible evidence the retailer didn't tell investors about bribery allegations at its Mexico unit. The judge said plaintiffs should pursue claims that Walmart should have come clean in late 2011, when it learned The "New York Times" was investigating the alleged corruption. The damaging Times report sent Walmart's stock tumbling last year, wiping out about 17-billion dollars of the company's market value.
