Islamist Militants Advance Closer To Baghdad

(Undated) -- Islamist militants continue to close in on the city of Baghdad. Today, ISIS fighters reached the city of Baquba , about 37 miles north of Baghdad. Nearby, more than 40 detainees were killed overnight at a police station shelled by mortar rounds. Meanwhile, Iraq's biggest oil refinery was shut down today. It is now under military control. President Obama told Congress Monday over 250 military personnel are going to Iraq.
