(Washington, DC) -- The IRS says it has lost e-mails subpoenaed by a House committee investigating the targeting of conservative groups by the agency. The IRS notified Congress Friday that it was unable to recover former official Lois Lerner's e-mails due to a computer crash. Her e-mails were subpoenaed by House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa of California. Republican Congressman Dave Camp of Michigan questioned the agency's compliance with the investigation and called for an investigation.
