(Washington, DC) -- The House is authorizing a lawsuit against President Obama. A Republican bill passed along party lines, 225-201. A handful of Republicans defected and voted no. Republicans accused the President of overreach through his increased use of executive actions. Democrats called the lawsuit an election year charade. President Obama has defended his increased use of executive orders, calling them necessary because of congressional inaction. Texas Republican Pete Sessions says Americans must find out if the President has "the ability to waive the healthcare laws as he has done."
