(New York, NY) -- There's little change in home prices for December from the month before. The latest S&P/Case-Shiller report shows home prices dropped just a tenth of a percent. However, they're still up more than 13 percent from December of 2012. The report also showed that Miami led the way for rising home prices from October to November, with a rise of about one and a half percent. Chicago had the biggest decline with a drop of about one-point-two percent.
