Hip Surgery Successful For Governor Dayton
(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Dayton will be at the Mayo Clinic for much of the rest of the week following hip surgery yesterday. A spokesman tells the "Star Tribune" the governor is "resting comfortably" and the surgery to repair a detached tendon was a success. The governor will be in a hip brace for roughly three months. The tendon detached from his hip when the governor fell last year.
