(Washington, DC) -- Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is going to resign. Sebelius has faced a lot of criticism during her tenure for the rough rollout of HealthCare.gov. Earlier today, Sebelius told a Senate committee that Obamacare enrollments were at more than seven-and-a-half million and counting. U.S. Budget Director Sylvia Mathews Burwell is expected to be nominated by President Obama to replace Sebelius.
