(Minneapolis, MN) -- A hearing today will determine whether a high-living Minnesota couple charged with making bogus medical and food stamp claims in Minnesota and Florida will be given a public defender. The lawyer for 62-year-old Colin Chisholm the Third and his 54-year-old wife Andrea says the couple is broke and unable to afford bail. They remain in jail. Prosecutors want bail set at 300-thousand dollars each. The Chisholms are charged with making more than 167-thousand dollars in fraudulent claims.
