(Clemson, SC) -- The chairman of the new House Benghazi investigative committee says everything will be fair and factual. Republican Trey Gowdy of South Carolina told "Fox News Sunday" he's not rewarding friends or punishing foes. He also promised Democrats would be able to participate. Last week, House Republicans passed legislation authorizing formation of the committee. Seven Republicans and five Democrats will be appointed to it.
