(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Dayton wants to streamline state government in Minnesota. He and his administration unveiled their proposals to make over one-thousand changes hitting on all state agencies. The governor wants to make it easier for Minnesota residents to do business with the state and has also signed an executive order requiring the use of Aplain languageA by the executive branch. Hearings will start on his proposal at the Capitol this week.
