(St. Paul, MN) -- The Safe and Supportive Schools Act is now law. Governor Dayton signed the anti-bullying measure that he says strengthens protections against the threat of bullying in Minnesota Schools Wednesday afternoon on the front steps of the Capitol. According to Dayton's office, the law gives school districts the guidance, support, and flexibility to adopt policies to protect kids and reinforce principles of tolerance and respect in all schools. Republicans argued the measure is an assault on conservatives Christians.
