(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Dayton is calling out legislative Republicans as "irresponsible" for wanting to investigate the launch of MNsure. The GOP members of the MNsure Legislative Oversight Committee say a report in the "Minneapolis Star Tribune" brought new questions regarding what they call management failures with the health insurance exchange before it launched in October. Dayton will not cooperate with their investigation, and will not allow top administration officials to appear before the committee. The "Star Tribune" reported over the weekend that the governor was warned nearly two weeks before the program launched that there were serious problems with the website.
