Governor Christie Responds To Latest Allegation

(Trenton, NJ) -- New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is sticking to his guns in the "Bridgegate" controversy. Responding to the latest allegation against him, Christie says the letter reported by the "New York Times" confirms that "he had absolutely no prior knowledge of the lane closures" on the George Washington Bridge. The Republican governor issued a statement today after the paper ran claims by a former Port Authority official accusing Christie of knowing about lane closures on the bridge as they were happening.
