Gophers Football Coach Starts Epilepsy Fund
(Minneapolis, MN) -- Minnesota Golden Gophers football coach Jerry Kill wants to help others like him that are suffering from epilepsy. Kill has started a new fund along with the Epilepsy Foundation called "Chasing Dreams" with a 100-thousand dollar donation. The coach and his wife want to raise a total of 500-thousand dollars, with the money used to help fund Camp Oz and support seizure-free school programs. Kill has battled epilepsy for nine years and has missed part or all of four Gophers games over the past three seasons after suffering seizures.
