Georgetown Ricin Suspect Ordered Held
(Washington, DC) -- A Georgetown student charged with making ricin is being ordered to remain in jail. The ruling today by a federal judge reverses a magistrate judge's order that would have released 19-year-old Daniel Milzman so the student could enter an inpatient psychiatric treatment program. The potentially lethal ricin was found in a desk drawer inside Milzman's dorm room earlier this month. He admitted learning about ricin from the TV show, "Breaking Bad."
