(Undated) -- Americans are paying more to gas up. The latest Lundberg survey says the new national average for a gallon of gas is three-dollars-72-cents. Gas prices are up almost 43-cents a gallon since February. Albuquerque, New Mexico has the lowest price at three-34 a gallon. The most expensive gas is in Los Angeles, where drivers are paying four dollars and 27 cents a gallon.
