(Habersham Co., GA) -- Authorities in Habersham County, Georgia say they will not pay the medical bills for a baby injured when police tossed a flash-bang grenade into his crib. The 19-month-old was sleeping while the county SWAT team raided the home in May to capture a drug suspect. Police are denying that they did anything illegal while serving the no-knock search warrant, although no drugs were found inside the house and no one was arrested. The little boy spent five weeks in the hospital recovering from third-degree burns to his chest and his face.
