(New Orleans, LA) -- Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin is guilty of 20 of 21 charges he faced in his federal corruption trial. Nagin was convicted of bribery, conspiracy, money laundering, and other charges in connection with taking money in return for city contracts during his term as mayor. Prosecutors in the New Orleans trial said Nagin received more than half a million dollars in cash and gifts during his two terms as mayor. He could face more than 20 years in prison.
