Former Minneapolis Police Officer Sentenced On Sex Charges
(Minneapolis, MN) -- A former Minneapolis police officer is headed to prison for using the Internet to have sex with underage girls over the course of three years. Thirty-three-year-old Bradley Schnickel was sentenced Monday to 30 months in prison with credit for 197 days already served. Prosecutors in Anoka County said Schnickel had at least 18 victims, including a girl as young as 14. He used Facebook to make contact with more than 700 girls in middle school and high school.
