(Anoka County, MN) -- A former Minneapolis police officer is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty yesterday to five sex crime charges. Bradley Schnickel had been accused of using social media websites to meet underage girls for sex. He reached a plea deal with prosecutors just before his trial was to begin in Anoka County, and now faces up to a dozen years in prison. He pled guilty last summer in Hennepin County to charges related to nude photos of himself that he sent to teenage girls.
