(Undated) -- First Lady Michelle Obama is moving from the White House to the parks department of Pawnee, Indiana. NBC has announced that the first lady will make a cameo in the upcoming season six finale of the hit comedy series "Parks and Recreation." The episode will air on Thursday, April 24th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. Mrs. Obama recently filmed her scene for the sitcom in Miami. She was in the city promoting her "Let's Move" campaign, which tackles the problem of childhood obesity.

This isn't the first time a national figure has stopped by the "Parks and Recreation" set. The show has previously featured cameos from Vice President Joe Biden, Arizona Senator John McCain, California Senator Barbara Boxer and former Maine Senator Olympia Snow.
