(Undated) -- A top Olympic Games organizer is expressing confidence that the Winter games will remain "safe and secure," despite terrorist activity in Russia. Thomas Bach spoke today in the wake of two deadly bombings that left at least 31 dead in a southern Russian town. A blast tore through a trolleybus in Volgograd early this morning, with a death toll that has now risen to at least 14 people. It follows a suicide bombing at a crowded railroad station that killed at least 17 people on Sunday. Russia is just weeks away from hosting the Winter Olympics.
