Prosecutors: College Freshman Dies In Fraternity Pledge \"Ritual\"

(Tunkhannock, PA) -- A New York college freshman is dead after being injured during a fraternity hazing ritual in Pennsylvania's Poconos. Prosecutors say 19-year-old Chun "Michael" Deng suffered "major brain trauma" after he was blindfolded, forced to wear weighted bags and repeatedly knocked to the ground. Deng's frat brothers at Baruch College are accused of "a considerable delay" before they took him to a hospital. Deng died Monday morning. No charges have been filed, but the investigation is ongoing.
