Feds Seeking More Charges Against Benghazi Suspect
(Washington, DC) -- Federal prosecutors say they are preparing more charges against the accused mastermind of the deadly terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. Ahmed Abu Khatallah made a brief appearance in federal court today in Washington, DC. During the status hearing, District Judge Christopher Cooper told Khatallah, quote, "From here on out you are stuck with me." Khatallah has already pleaded not guilty and his being held without bond. The 2012 attack on a diplomatic consulate left four Americans dead, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.
