(Denver, CO) -- Another judge is ruling Colorado's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Raymond Moore ruled in favor of six couples who filed a lawsuit challenging the state's constitutional amendment defining marriage as being between a man and a woman. The judge immediately stayed his ruling until the issue is decided by a higher court. Moore's ruling is the latest in a series by state and federal judges knocking down bans on same-sex marriage, then putting their rulings on hold.
