(Portland, OR) -- A federal judge says the no-fly list violates the Constitution. U.S. District Judge Anna Brown in Oregon made the ruling. She was considering a case filed by 13 Muslim Americans who claim there was no reason for them to be on the list. Brown wrote that their constitutional rights were being trampled upon because there was no meaningful way to fight their inclusion on the list. It's estimated that there were more than 20-thousand people on the no-fly list as of last year.
