(Undated) -- Thousands of fast food workers across the country are taking to the streets in efforts to bring attention to their push for higher wages. In New York two-dozen strikers were cited for blocking traffic and more than 20 people were arrested in Detroit for disorderly conduct. There are also reports of demonstrators being arrested or ticketed in Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Miami. Fast food employees in 150 cities are demanding for a raise to 15-dollars-an-hour.
