Family Preparing Wrongful Death Lawsuit From Deadly Fire
(Minneapolis, MN) -- A wrongful death lawsuit is being prepared by the family of five children who died in a north Minneapolis duplex fire. The blaze killed the children in February. The "Minneapolis Star Tribune" reports the lawsuit will be filed against either property owner Paul Bertelson or his company, Mission Inn Minnesota. Troy Lewis says he complained about a lack of heat before using the oven and space heaters to heat the apartment before his children died.
