MNSure Officials Consider Outside Vendors

(Minneapolis, MN) -- The head of Minnesota's Department of Human Services is asking a question on many Minnesotans' minds -- did the pick the wrong vendor to build Minnesota's healthcare exchange website? Commissioner Lucinda Jesson pressed the issue in a meeting with MNSure board members, asking when the state will stop spending money on a company that messed up the website in the first place and start looking for other vendors. To date, Minnesota has paid over 25-million dollars to Virginia-based web company Maximus for the site.
