(Washington, DC) -- White House spokesman Jay Carney claims 375-thousand users visited Healthcare.Gov before noon today, Eastern time. Over the weekend, the Obama administration touted a 90 percent success rate after a tech surge that went on for nearly a month. The federal website for the new healthcare exchanges was riddled with glitches when it was launched on October 1st. Carney stressed, "The work is not done" and said special tech teams will continue working to make the site better.
