(Undated) -- Wages are growing at a pace faster than economists expected. According to a survey by the National Association for Business Economics, 43-percent of economists polled said their firms increased wages in the three months leading up to July. That's an increase of 39-percent compared to the same period last year. For the first time in nearly two years, none of the 79 economists polled reported declining wages. Twenty-two percent said they have a hard time finding skilled workers, a factor which could be driving wages up.
