(Toronto) -- Central and Atlantic Canada are being hit hard by snow and ice. The CBC reports 350-thousand customers are without power in Ontario, including 250-thousand in Toronto alone. Tens of thousands of people are without electricity in Quebec and thousands more in New Brunswick. Snow, ice and freezing rain are causing extensive delays on the roads and in the sky with a storm system stretching from southern Ontario to the Atlantic Coast.
