Cold Weather Continues To Grip Twin Cities

(Minneapolis, MN) -- Nobody will be breaking out spring jackets, but today's high of seven degrees above zero in the Twin Cities will be the warmest day until the end of the week. The National Weather Service is cautioning that wind chills will remain at dangerous levels today, dropping to as low as 19-below and down to 25-below tonight. Wednesday's high is just one degree, and the wind will make it feel as if it's nearly 30-below. A warmup is expected for Thursday and Friday with temperatures getting up to 17 and 20, respectively.
